SPANISH PATENT ATTORNEY

We are looking for a Spanish patent attorney or attorney at law/patent attorney with consolidated experience, in particular in trademark prosecution and litigation, as well as patent law, for incorporation into our Barcelona office. Also a merger with a small established practice could be envisaged.

The candidate should:

- be a qualified Spanish patent attorney before the Spanish Patents and Trademarks Office (Agente de la Propiedad Industrial).

- have a minimum of 5 years professional experience as an attorney.

- prove capability to take responsibility for every aspect of managing IP rights, in particular client relations as well as before the public administrations.

- be fluent in English and Spanish (knowledge of other languages being a plus).

- be a motivated dynamic professional with an interest in self-development within an international environment.
