
In his practice as a patent attorney, Christopher Brückner focuses on prosecution and infringement proceedings concerning patents and utility models as well as opposition and nullity proceedings. His technical specialization encompasses Pharmacology, Organic and Inorganic Chemistry as well as medical products. In the framework of his former profession as a pharmacist, Christopher Brückner gained experience in the consultation of patients, in-vitro testing and clinical trials of medical substances as well as in questions regarding regulatory procedures.
Based on the rarely combined qualifications as a pharmacist and patent attorney as well as his extensive industry experience, Christopher Brückner frequently counsels enterprises of the pharmaceutical industry and manufacturers of medical devices, in particular on questions regarding Pharmacology, Galenics and proceedings with the regulation authorities.
