
Prosecution of patents in the general field of electricity, mechanics and electromechanics with specialisation in fixed and mobile telecommunications, signal processing and microelectronics. During his five years as a patent examiner in the European Patent Office, Dario Mohammadian has been able to specialise both in the search and examination of European and International PCT applications, a unique valuable experience for an effective prosecution of the European patent applications of our clients.
Dario Mohammadian is in charge of the firm’s office in Barcelona, where he will continue to provide advice in all IP matters to Spanish clients.His extensive international experience makes him also particularly suitable to provide the necessary support for international clients needing advice in Spain.
Since 2007 Dario Mohammadian is a guest lecturer at the Master of Intellectual Property and Information Society Law (Magister Lucentinus), University of Alicante, Spain.
He is a member of LESI’s European committee and IT and electronics committee.
