Pascal Böhner’s professional activity focuses on protection against anti-counterfeiting in the context of unfair competition law as well as trademark and domain name matters. In these fields he is involved in judicial and extrajudicial enforcement and defense of the intellectual property rights of a number of the firm’s clients, in particular concerning the fashion, entertainment and sports equipment sectors. Further aspects of his practice include advice in licensing and distribution agreements, in particular in antitrust and compliance issues.
