Most of Michèle Lesage-Catel’s activity over the last 25 years relates to intellectual property law, e.g. negotiation and drafting of IP contracts, as well as litigation concerning the ownership, validity or infringement of intellectual property rights.
Michèle Lesage-Catel is especially active in patent litigation. She represents both international and French corporate clients before the French courts. The cases that she handles relate to patents concerning the steel industry, mechanical engineering, household goods and electronics.
Michèle Lesage-Catel is also active in matters relating to the design, packaging and labelling of food products (wines and liquors, sugar, etc.).
