As a member of a team of attorneys-at-law Christine Fluhme represents German and international clients, inter alia a leading restaurant service chain as well as clients from the sectors of beverages, healthcare, pharmaceuticals and household cleaning goods.

In the recent past, Christine Fluhme counseled one of the largest manufacturers of beverages in a case of parallel imports, with ensuing litigation in Germany and Denmark. In another case, she was involved in a series of trademark and product piracy cases and related procedures concerning the beverages and fashion industries. Moreover, she handled invalidation proceedings before the OHIM with regard to a colour mark of a large producer of energy drinks.
