In the recent past, Christine Fluhme counseled one of the largest manufacturers of beverages in a case of parallel imports, with ensuing litigation in Germany and Denmark. In another case, she was involved in a series of trademark and product piracy cases and related procedures concerning the beverages and fashion industries. Moreover, she handled invalidation proceedings before the OHIM with regard to a colour mark of a large producer of energy drinks.
